How it all began

Originating from the struggles of Vietnamese farmers, RYNAN Technologies emerged in 2015 to revolutionize livelihoods farmers.

Situated amid Vietnam's coastal abundance, particularly in shrimp farming, the government's 2013 master plan aimed to establish it as a key economic segment by 2020. With incentives like credit access and technology grants, the target was ambitious: to produce 1.3 million metric tons of farmed shrimp and achieve $12 billion in export revenues by 2030.

Elevating Aquaculture with Innovative Technologies

Based on its understanding of the Mekong Delta's aquacultural landscape, RYNAN Aquaculture acknowledged the necessity for innovation, particularly in response to the inefficiencies prevalent in traditional shrimp farming methods. Through the integration of innovative technology, RYNAN Aquaculture aims to overhaul shrimp farming practices, in line with governmental aspirations for lasting economic stability.

Dr. My T. Nguyen is a successful entrepreneur and scientist who has created several thriving global businesses in the last 30 years.

In 2004, he returned to his birthplace in Tra Vinh, Vietnam, with the aim of using technology and entrepreneurship to stimulate the region's economy and enhance living standards by generating quality employment opportunities.
