The announcement and awarding ceremony of the "Make in Vietnam digital technology product" award in 2022 was held by the Ministry of Information and Communications on December 8, within the framework of the National Forum on Developing Vietnam's Digital Technology Enterprises for the second time. Investment theme revolves around "Sustainable development and enhancement of Vietnam's value in the global value chain".
In his opening address, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Pham Duc Long highlighted the significant impact of the products that won the 2021 awards, with many actively participating in the national digital transformation and gradually expanding to international markets. Among the notable awardees, VNPT's Mesh Wi-Fi product received the Gold award for excellent digital products in 2021, and has seen remarkable growth of 400%, from 44,000 to 220,000 products.
MISA AMIS, the unified corporate governance platform, was also recognized with the Silver award for excellent digital platform, and has already onboarded over 42,000 businesses in the digital transformation process. Meanwhile, RYNAN Technologies Intelligent Pest Monitoring System (IMS) was awarded the Silver award for excellent digital product, with a growth rate of 96%, and has been installed in 13 provinces in the Mekong Delta. Additionally, the IMS is expected to be commercially licensed in Japan in 2022, with plans to install 100 systems in the Japanese market by the end of 2023.
The "Make in Vietnam Digital Products" award, now in its third year, aims to recognize outstanding digital technology across four areas while adhering to three pillars and promoting digital transformation in Vietnam. According to the Ministry of Information and Communications' assessment, the solutions awarded in 2022 were designed, created, and manufactured in Vietnam, and have a significant impact on bringing people and businesses to the digital environment, contributing to the development of the digital government, digital economy, and digital society.
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, the Jury awarded the enterprise with the solution to reach the Top 10 potential digital products.
At the award ceremony, a list of 40 products entered the Top 10 in the categories of "Excellent Digital Products for Digital Government", "Excellent Digital Products for Digital Economy", "Excellent Digital Products for Society". Digital society” and “Potential Digital Products” have been announced.
12 digital technology products and solutions of Vietnamese enterprises were awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze awards in 4 categories of the "Make in Vietnam Digital Technology Product" award.
Specifically, in the category of "Potential digital products", RYNAN Technologies won the Gold prize for creating smart solution that allows analyzing and quantifying of organic waste in aquaculture.
