    It addresses common intensive farming challenges such as uneven dissolved oxygen (DO), dead zones, sludge accumulation, and unstable water quality. By structuring water movement and oxygen delivery, the MFD supports environmental stability in high-density shrimp ponds.

  • Conventional paddlewheels rely on surface splashing and operate at low oxygen transfer efficiency (typically below 1.5%), with much of the air escaping without dissolving effectively. They also create turbulence that can break apart insoluble waste, dispersing solids throughout the pond.

    The RYNAN MFD injects high-purity oxygen (>90%) directly into the water through a ceramic diffusion system and distributes it using controlled laminar flow. This improves oxygen transfer efficiency while minimizing unnecessary turbulence and solid waste disruption.
